Aura is supported by DARPA Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) and cooperates with MIT Lincoln Laboratory through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA).
Aura will develop technology for unifying imaging radar with wireless communications with OFDM technology for detection, tracking, and identification of small UAS. Aura’s partners are Professor Dan Bliss WISCA at Arizona State University and Alan Bovik at University of Texas Austin.
Funding will be used to advance development of breakthrough imaging radar technology for next generation wireless infrastructure and autonomous vehicles
